Will my diet/workout effort be hindered by 2-4 mini thorntons chocolates a day?
Im currently on a diet for my weight training and fat loss which is basically tonnes of greens and seeds/nuts and chicken/beef/quinoa/fish and as little refined or simple carbs as possible, just complex ones from my veggies etc. This valentines my girlfriend
20-odd cookies a day never hindered mine, so I'll assume you'd be fine. just no indulging!
