Il distretto del “Modica” è stato sabato scorso in degustazione guidata a Torino, condotta dalla Chocolate Taster di fama internazionale Monica Meschini,con le imprese del Consorzio Antica Dolceria Rizza, Casalindolci, Caffè dell’Arte, Pasticceria Di Lorenzo . Il prossimo 9 marzo con inizio alle 17, il cioccolato di Modica sarà all’interno delle due tendo-strutture situate in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. La Meschini presenterà e farà degustare i prodotti delle imprese consortili Dolce Arte, Chantilly e Spinello. Presso l’apposito spazio istituzionale sempre in Piazza Vittorio Veneto è possibile inoltre ricevere informazioni sui cioccolati, sui territori di provenienza e sulla loro storia.
