Urban myths when it comes to girls; roses, chocolates etc.; good ideas?
Sep 25, 2009 by jamie | Posted in Singles & Dating
Is turning up with any of the above really something that a girl would appreciate. Would a girl be overjoyed you'd made the effort for a little classic romanticism or would she simply raise one eyebrow and wonder what I was up to?
Any views
I'm an older guy, so trust me on this one!
Girls will LOVE this kind of thing IF you've already been dating for a while.
If you do this on the first few dates, they will react to you as if you're a psychopathic stalker loser.

Audiences 'Wonka' over Walpole middle schoolers' play
22.05.12
The wide-eyed smiles of the children in the performance as well as those sitting in the audience told the scrumpdidilyumptious story as the Candy Man (Abby O’Sullivan, Sam Urban) strolled down the aisles of the Bird Middle School Auditorium last Thursday and Friday evenings, lavishly sharing their wares with all those with a sweet tooth.
“Willy Wonka” was the 30th annual Bird Middle School spring musical performance and was the first time that Bird community was treated to the Wonka presentation. More than 200 of the middle schoolers at Bird participated in the performance which was the culmination of ten weeks of daily rehearsals. Bird double-casts nearly all of the lead roles in the spring musical in order to maximize the opportunity for student participation.
Dave Cuzzi, the spring musical producer, sees the growth in his performers - not necessarily the polished finished product - as the reason behind the success of this spring staple at Bird.
