Bimbadgen Host InterContinental Sydney Executive Head Chef to Serve Up ...
This Easter from April 6 until April 8, Bimbadgen Winery will host InterContinental Sydney Executive Head Chef Tamas Pamer, who will create the ultimate epicurean experience of a five-course degustation of both sweet and savoury dishes featuring the famous French chocolate Valrhona. Each meal will be matched with Bimbadgen wines so guests can sit back, relax and celebrate the Easter long weekend in the Hunter Valley.
Bimbadgen Executive Chef Ebonnie Newby will work with Executive Head Chef Tamas Pamer to intertwine the chocolate into each dish, something only the most talented chefs can accomplish. Guests’ sight, taste and smell senses will be treated to something truly extraordinary, they will wish it wasn’t only for one weekend!
At $65.00 per person or $85.00 per person with matching wine, and members receiving a special price of $60.00 per person or $80.00 per person with matching wine, the Chocolate Degustation is available for lunch (from 12 noon) and dinner (from 6pm) Friday and Sunday; lunch only Saturday.
