This year’s Edinburgh International Festival takes place from Thursday August 9 to Sunday September 2, and this morning saw its wealth of events revealed to the public.
Almost 3000 artists from 47 nations will be in Scotland’s capital to share the live experience of theatre, dance, opera and music with audiences from approximately a third of the world’s nations.
