"She said 'We have your orders right here in our hand, you sent two orders,'" Greene said. "I asked her 'Why would I send two orders for the same thing? Your chocolate ain't that good.' She said 'It's not the company's fault you messed up in handling your orders.'"
After trying unsuccessfully to find a number for the company's corporate headquarters in Monroe, Wis., Greene wrote toWhat's Your Problem?
"Trying to get in touch with the corporate office for help is a maze," said Greene, who has been a Swiss Colony member since 1985. "Nowhere can I find a number or a name to seek assistance."
