Hello,
Can anyone please tell me the best way to ship chocolate items in the summer, HOT months?
I see that people use ice packs. I'm not sure I like this bc i dont want the chocolate to sweat.
What are other methods that
Freeze it hard in the refrigerator then ship it in dry ice in the fastest way you can afford. If they put it in the refrigerator when it arrives and let it thaw gradually I don't see a problem.
