What brands are grommet/ fine chocolates that you can find a decent price, for making candy?

I am going to try to make some candy for x-mas this year and the recipe i am making calls for "fine bitter-sweet and semisweet Chocolate", and i want to get a decent brand of chocolate at a decent price.

Lindt makes great bars and so does Ghirardelli. Lindt is my favorite though. It's smooth and rich and the candy I make is always so shiny! You can get good prices on those big bars at Target!! I always get a good sale on them there. I make chocolates

Selection. Most supermarkets offer at least two tiers of store brands; a basic line that competes squarely on price and a more premium line. But the options are expanding.

Whole Foods Markets, for example, introduced 250 items including goat cheese and pesto frozen pizza, flax milk, and organic vegan lasagna to its line in the past year.

So just how much will the store brand differ from a name brand? That depends on the product, but supermarkets know consumers want familiarity.

“There’s a certain expectation that a saltine will taste a certain way,’’ said Linda Severin, who heads corporate brands for Kroger.

Even with basic items, companies are working to scrub the stigma of “generic’’ from their products. Kroger is revamping its entire lineup of store brands. It even created a fictional target customer named Maria to figure out exactly what she’s looking for. That resulted in less sodium in some soups and the removal of high-fructose corn syrup from some cereals.
